A thin Caucasian man wearing a wetsuit with a holstered laser pistol. He was distinguished from Sven by the fact his wetsuit had single stripes instead of split ones.
History[]
Emil, along with his partner Sven, was one of Ivar's henchmen. The two of them piloted a submarine intended to pick their boss up. He was more intelligent than his companion.
